Chris Prentice C.Eng.MIMechE

Director

Chris has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and is also a practicing Chartered Engineer.

Following a successful 20+ years’ career working for some of the world’s largest oil and gas companies globally at Director Level, Chris decided to use his wealth of knowledge of systems processes of Quality Engineering and an eye for detail to acquire a successful established Commercial Cleaning Company.

Having acquired Total Cleaning Ltd in November 2022, Chris has used his wealth of knowledge and experience to implement modern processes such as current accounting software, CRM’s and employee self-service systems as well as establishing the 5 year business development plan. This has led to a tremendous modification program that has set a very high standard for Total Cleaning Ltd. This has consequentially led to increased and exceeded Client satisfaction levels.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys time with his family and taking long walks around the Chilterns with his Cockapoo, Millie. He enjoys keeping fit and reading a range of self-development books.

Rob Langston

Area Manager

Rob is a people focussed leader who sets a high level of priority to customer service and standards.

With a 13-year background in retail operations across Central London, Rob joined Total Cleaning Ltd in mid-June time to add an extra dimension to the team due to his knowledge around people management, coaching and team leadership.

Rob is highly organised, has a passion for the highest levels of customer service and believes his experiences will contribute significantly to the company’s growth.

In his leisure time, Rob spends most of his time with his wife and 2 young children, being a clean freak and a love for cooking himself he encourages the kids to get involved with these duties regularly. He also has a love for football and most importantly holidays and travelling with a total of 38 countries visited with his wife and more to come.

Lucy Millen

Operations Manager

Lucy has a background in event management, planning and logistics and has worked across the service industry for 18 years.

Lucy is highly organised and passionate for delivering the highest levels of customer service. She has a wealth of experience in planning, management and organising manpower. Working closely with Chris to ensure all procedures and processes are followed to deliver a streamlined service to our clients.

In her spare time, Lucy enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children and has a passion for cooking and baking!

Michael Vasile

Supervisor

Michael has worked for Total Cleaning Ltd for many years and was promoted to Area Supervisor in April 2024. Michael brings a wealth of knowledge of the cleaning industry and a passion for high quality results.

Michael is dedicated to delivering high quality customer service and is responsible for checking our sites regularly to make sure our highest standards are always maintained. Michael is also responsible for stocking sites with all the essential supplies the cleaners need to do their job.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and son and has a strong interest in DIY and woodwork.
